Creasing and wear on jacket edges, scuffing and faint soiling on jacket, small tear on bottom edge of front jacket, sunning on jacket spine. Jacket now wrapped in protective mylar. Very slight lean to spine, gentle wear on board tips. Age toning on page edges. First two pages have been creased vertically from top to bottom edge.
